Evisu Genes are the world¡¯s most sought after Designer Denim brand. Established in Osaka, Japan in 1991 by Hidehiko Yamane, Evisu is known for its vintage-style jeans. Evisu is the name based on the Japanese Buddhist god of money (also known as Evis or Ebisu) who is usually portrayed with a fish and fishing rod.
